I just purchased a battery from AutoZone in Copperas Cove. Brandon, the sales person, did an excellent job assisting me. First he checked to see why the engine light was on. Then he checked the battery, and finally, he installed the new battery. While he helped me, he assisted two other customers. He is an excellent employee with great customer service skills. Linda

I have done business with AutoZone in Copperas Cove for around 3 years. Normally they are very curious and knowledgeable; however, on 18 May 2010 a sales representative was less than curious and definitely not helpful. For me that is all it takes to take my business somewhere else. I had told the individual a part I needed, and they could not find it in the system. While the normal representative would go out to your vehicle and check out whatever issue you are having, this individual refused to take a second look to see if I was describing the wrong part. Moreover, the individual made cocky comments about how long he had been doing his job. I do not want to give my money to a business that will let their employees treat their customers like I was treated that day.
