My Mom works here she is good at her job she works for what right and I hope in the next few years I will be able to work there.

The company needs to train their drivers on safety policy and procedures, while operating company vehicles. There is at least one reckless driver with a CDL that works for this company. I probably would not hire this company. Maybe the company needs restructuring especially when management is alerted to the reckless manner in which a driver is/has been driving and takes the matter lightly.
