By far the Best Gym In Conway! It has the most equipment and best trainers around. The gym can cater to anyone no matter what your fitness level is.

This is an amazing fitness center! The daycare is so convenient and I love that I can feel comfortable with leaving my kids while I work out! The staff is wonderful and friendly! It is very clean! There is a huge variety of equipment, but my personal favorite is the classes!!! I would recommend this fitness center to any and everyone, there is no one person it doesn't cater too!

The gym itself is a nice facility... not too crowded if you go at the right time, etc. But, we had to end our service because we are moving & were told that the draft payments that the gym requires would stop immediately... this wasn't the case and we found out only once another payment was removed from our account (upsetting our monthly budget, I may add) that they had told us INCORRECTLY that our draft payments would stop immediately rather than 30 days from when we declared. Never mind that we had been trying to get in touch with them for days & there was no one behind the counter during open hours. They wouldn't refund the money even though it was their employee who informed us incorrectly. Very upset about this, and would no longer recommend this gym since they require draft payments.
