Body work is a hands-on approach to ailments, aches and pains, joint, neck, should problems, etc. Traditional relaxation massage is good for circulation, lymphatic drainage and relaxation. Clinical massage therapy has many benefits, side effects, if you will. It is a natural process. The word is out! It works for healing, not just treating the symptoms.
