Just answered the phone "Hello". When I asked if he wrote homeowners insurance in a nearby town, he rudely told me that I needed to contact someone in that town. When I informed him that nobody was in the office he said, "Well, you don't need the information today!" I thanked him and hung up immediately. I needed the information ASAP.

I would not recommend this company!
