        Very poor customer service. They don't need your business if you are a small business owner. These were the words from the owner to a customer after he was cursed out by a sales associate over returning an unused tool for the correct size. I was so sad to hear this. The business has been here for years and has surely gone down hill. There are other lumber and hardware stores in the area. We hate for this to be what represents our fine town and other local businesses.
