        I had never participated in martial arts, until I came to this academy (2 months ago). I am glad I joined! The 45 minute sessions are great (and they fly by); before you know it, it's time to go home (with a little added sweat to the brow...)! Most everyone is supportive and the Masters treat everyone with equal respect. I recommend this place for anyone interested in a self defense, or just for a fun workout!
