        I really dont think...

        I really dont think that they have the right instructor for this gym. He focuses to much on his girlfriend, and from what I am told a lot of the students feel the same way. They need to replace the instructor with someone more focused on the students.

        Best Place To Train

        The best place to train in Concord for Real Muay Thai. Great Instruction under a 4-time World Champion. As well Great MMA under a former World Champion, as well as the best Cardio Class I have ever took under a great teacher !!!! This place is very good but hidden gem sometimes hard to find. Totally Recommend for anybody that wants a good workout !!!
