Brookview at Templeton Crossing

I have lived here for almost a year - no problems with break-ins that I'm aware of. Any repairs needed (2 minor) were fixed quickly. Nice ponds, 3 swimming pools, so one should be close to you, fitness room at Citation Club, staff at office has always been nice and helpful. The only downside I've seen to far is parking - if I work late, I often cannot park in front of my building but not a far walk. They did help me collect $100 from Rent.com for finding the apt through them. They also run specials like one month free rent or 2 bdrm for price of 1 to get new renters. I have lived in the pits - this isn't it!
