I have never worked with such an incompetent, unprofessional financial institution. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They made an error with my loan and even though they admitted it was their error, did nothing to resolve the issue. I was told by the guest services manager that she couldn't help me, but I was promised by the supervisor of collections that he would take care of the issue. Of course, several weeks later the issue was not resolved and I was charged late fees even though I was promised it would not happen. Upon the new issue, I went above the supervisor to the manager, however, the manager would not even return my call. I've waited a week for a return call from the manager and I have left her another voicemail this morning. the whole institution is completely incompetent and then their customer service is terrible on top of it. Unfortunately it seems like I am stuck in my car loan with them for three years and I can't imagine dealing with the continued stress for three years. Do not bank with them.

Banking with Telhio has been a huge mistake. They have held my money for no apparent reason, they have placed holds on my deposited checks for no reason, they have charged hidden fees, and their customer service is the worst I have experienced aside from that of Delta Airlines. Stay away and go with a more ethical, professional, customer-oriented bank.
