        Not all Sonic Drive Ins are th...

        Not all Sonic Drive Ins are the same! The one in Pickerington gets my drink orders wrong almost every time or the line for the drive-thru is 15-20 minutes. The one here on Columbus is awesome! The drive-thru workers speak clearly and repeat your order several times to avoid confusion. They are fast and make my lemon berry slush better than any other one in the area! Their drive-thru is also quick.

        Not customer oriented

        I took my wife to Sonics because I heard there was good food. We both ordered toasted cheese sandwiches and she ordered a milkshake.

        When the sandwiches came the cheese was

        barely melted and the bread was softer than

        Wonder Bread. We told the waitress to bring

        new sandwiches toasted darker. The new ones

        were also not toasted. The milkshake was mostly

        chocolate milk since the icecream was way too

        soft. I know I am wasting my time typing this rating

        because this restaurant is not customer friendly.

        I would advise you to look somewhere else.
