        AS LONG AS I'VE KNOWN MS.SMOOT & HAS WORKED WITH HER TIME TO TIME NEVER ONCE HAS SHE USED ANY OF HER LIMO'S FOR ANY FAMILY DIRTY.

        HER BUSINESS ATTITUDE REMAINS 100% EXCELLENT ALWAYS.

        MS. SMOOT TAKES PRIDE IN ALL THAT SHE DO SERVING. THE PUBLIC IN TIME OF GRIEVANCES IS TOP PRIORITY.

        Overall

        The death certificates where never received. The floor of the limo that picked up the family had not been vacuumed. At the close of the service, the rear corner of the casket was not completely closed, enabling me to see the lining had not been completely tucked. Ms. Smoot appeared irritated .The casket was feminine in appearance and I doubt it fit the body without breaking bones to shorten the deceased.
