Prescott Place

The parking here is awful-they clearly did not plan parking accordingly and blame it simply on residents inviting too many guests; people are now parking illegally in handicapped spots; they are also parking on the side of the street, so when you pass them, you drive through lovely pot holes everytime. The walls are incredibly thing- I once heard an entire conversation from my next door neighbors about plastic bags. The installation is horrible-expect a 200 electric bill in the winter months and to keep your heat at about 73, otherwise you'll freeze. They allow their residents to keep literally anything outside their door- my neighbor keeps a lawn chair, a pooper scooper and a headboard from her bed outside her front door. Some delinquent stole a TV from the workout room and it took them months to replace it. They also did not install any cameras, which you would think they would! Despite the overall nice apperance of these apartments, I would not reccomend them to anyone. Oh, and the staff are not very courteous at all.
