        Overall

        Ordered couch,chair & ottoman 2/10/18. Never heard anything for 11 weeks, it had been in,They delivered with out letting us know a time, just showed up at our home, they delivered damaged and missing pieces. I have called multiple times to speak to a manager they will not speak to me or call me back. Per Manager Amanada, "No reason to speak to you nothing I can do for you, you can contact customer service" Very disappointed after spending thousands of dollars. I feel like we could have went a cheap place and have been treated better. The furniture is nothing like we were promised. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
