Kadi Professional Hair Braiding

Let me start with saying I am not new to getting braids/twist and I have NEVER had an experience like this one. After putting up with the not great service I walked out of Kadis rather satisfied with my hair. That is until 2 weeks later a braid on the left side of my hair fell out, taking MY hair with it. I thought it was a coincidence but another fell out shortly after on the same side. My hair is not soft or sensitive, it is very thick and strong. I have been braiding my hair for over 20 years and have never experienced breakage. I would not recommend this place. There are other places with the same price and better service who will allow you to KEEP your hair.

I had never hair my hair in braids before but after reading the reviews and talking with multiple people I decided to give this place a try. Kari herself is extremely nice and very professional as well as the other ladies. I had waist length box braids done, and the entire process took 3 hours! That was way better than other promises other salons had given me. The ladies there are NOT rude, they do speak French but still very friendly. I have had so many compliments on my hair and it was definitely worth the money.

Great customer service, the people there are very friendly. What made me fall in love with this place is their speed and how good the braids look and how long they last. I refuse to go anywhere else. The owner Kadi is very professional unlike most other shops i have been to.

Okay I am 14 I have gotten my hair braided yesterday 7 people where doing my hair at once it WAS awful I couldn't even sleep last nights because it was so much pain!! I'm not even tender headed but over all my hair looks amazing and I can even wash it and none of it comes out also it stay for about 3-4 months maybe longer if you take care of it I recommend going for micros or invisible braids the do a great job

I got my hair done last night, I can barely sleep because I'm in so much pain. I'm not even tender headed. I asked them nicely (all 3 of them) can u loosen my braid? Or I said wow this is painful you all are hurting my head. They ignored me except twice they said sorry. Ill be calling tomorrow.

I went to get my hair braided at Ms Kadi's and I enjoyed my visit !! My hair wow it looked so nice I'm getting a lot of compliments my Hubby loves it and told me to keep it braided u look like my African Queen so sweet !! If you are tender headed well u might wanna think about it my hair was tight for about 4 days and then it started to loosen up i applied DO GROW STIMULATING GROWTH OIL to my scalp twice a day and always wrap it in a silk scarf at night and ORGANIC OLIVE OIL SHEEN to keep it shiny and yes they do speak in their language but I really didn't care y'all know they talked about JESUS CHRIST and trust me nobody is perfect !!! As far as being disrespectful towards me it didn't happen because for one I would've given it right back !! Everybody was sweet and courtesy and so was I ;-)) I will be returning for future hair dos !!!! Thank you MS KADI !!!!!!

Very unprofessional! Rude and disrespectful to customers! no matter how nice I tried to be engaging conversation their noses were turned up at me for no apparent reason. my hard earned money will no longer support this place of business!

I give Kadi's Professional Hair Braiding 5 stars because it is the best to have your hair done. A couple of days ago, I went to Kadi's , and got braids. While i was there the employees were friendly with me, and asked me if I was ok. I felt welcome at Kadi's, I will definitely come back !

It's absolutely horrible. They talk about you in French the entire time, especially if you happen to speak up about how painful the braiding is. I got a sew-in here on Saturday and I literally can't sleep at night because it is so painful. I'll be calling them today to see if they will loosen up the braids in the back to offer some relief. Honestly, I doubt they will though because their customer service is absolutely horrible. I would recommend finding a different salon! They are all rude. This is probably one of the most straightforward reviews I've given because I usually try to find the best in a company or organization, but this place is BAD.

I got my hair done yesterday! My hair looks really good. I got micros and was done in 3.5 hours! My only complaint is that they need to learn some customer service. At one point 4 people were doing my hair. They don't care about yanking your head back and forth also this place is not for the tender headed! Like my head hurts so much, but my micros look super nice. If you're okay with people doing your hair not not saying ANYTHING at all to you then this is a descent place to go. One girl was there with headphones on. You could tell she was a regular. Oh the website is a lie. The website says "house special" $160+ free hair but once you get there their excuse is "$180 this is human hair". Shop is kind of dingy.

I WENT TODAY AND WAS TREATED DISRESPECFULLY AND RUDE I WAS TOLD ONE PRICE ON THE PHONE AND IT CHANGED ONCE I ARRIVED, I ALSO WATCHED THAT HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME THE SAME PRICE AS MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER REALLY???? SUPER RUDE TALKING ABOUT YOU RIGHT IN YOUR FACE LITTLE DI THEY KNOW I MASTERED FRENCH IN HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE??? I'VE BEEN GOING HERE OFF AND ON FOR 10 YEARS BUT I CAN'T DEAL WITH THE CRAPPY ANY LONGER GOTTA find some where else

I want to sayI have been a Kadis fan for a long time and I agree you get what you pay for. I live s great deal away and I love her. My hair always rocked!!! I am sorry I left but plan to return soon

Kadis is the place to go only if you dont mind the rudeness. Ive been going there about 3 times a year for the past i believe 3 mabe even 4years. When i first started going to kadis my hair was so short that they could barley grab the short strands but dont let them fool you they get every single piece of baby hair on your head and now my hair is down past my shoulders thanks to them. Kadis cost 180 which i believe to be expensive but after going to other people who charged less i now believe you get what you pay for because kadis micros are the bomb! And fair warning, they try to come up with all these crazy excuses on why they will be charging you extra but just kindly shake your head and say "no you only told me 180 so thats what i brought" trust me they will still take the money and braid your hair. But other then that and them talking about you in french i think its pretty much ok. At the most ive had 4 africans doing my hair there at kadis and theyre pretty fast too me. The shortest amount it took me i say would be about 4.5hrs and the longest its tooken me was about 7hrs when it comes to the quality of your hair i recomend going to kadis
