I have bought 2 cars now from the same sales associate. He really went out of the way to get us a great price and deal. I highly recommend Dan Tobin Buick/GMC.

Worst experience ever!!

I don't even want to give them 1 star for the horrible service they provided, but yahoo made me choose at least 1. I purchased a used car and was lied to multiple times about the services they were supposed to have done to the car. All in all I have spent at least 8 hours in their establishment waiting (on 4 separate occasions) and at least 2 hours on the phone trying to get an answer from the someone. Their service manager Brian lacked the common courtesy he should have since he in fact is their Service Manager. On 2 occasions he didn't return calls that his other manager asked him to return, while checking me in he stopped what he was doing to look up another ticket and discuss with a mechanic, and never informed me of the multiple of problems he ran into with my vehicle causing me to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Each time I had to ask what was going on after about 90 mins. Then in the end he blamed the salesman for all the issues. My car is under warranty and I would rather drive 25 miles out of my way to get it serviced than deal with these people ever again!!

Have purchased 2 new cars and 1 used car from Dan Tobin. Always fair and honest. Service guys are great and they are open until midnight! Works great for my schedule. Will continue to use them for all of my needs.

The poor combination of service, and the despicable character of the management makes this dealership a negative experience where you are sure to get scammed

Customer service and communication is always our first priority. Vehicles are mechanical, and they do break. We strive hard to fix it right the first time, every time. Unfortunately with older aged vehicles, it seems to be one problem after another. And sometimes to a custoemr, it seems like the same problem and it's our fault that it broke again. With thousands of parts under the hood of a car, unless we replace everything...there is no way to be perfect. We will continue to strive to be perfect in everyway. We will continue to train and educate ourselves with the latest equipment and technology available. We are 100% committed to our cusotmers and the service they receive.
