Piedmont Physicians of Midtown Columbus

They would not see me at my new patient appointment. They told me my blood pressure was too high and at risk for stroke or heart attack risk. I told the nurse that I was in body pain due to having orthopedic issues, low potassium that cause cramps and aching pain, I have been having sleep insomnia, I have anxiety, and tachycardia, anybody with common sense would know these things could cause your blood pressure to spike if triggered. I also told the nurse that I was new to the area that I was looking a new doctor therefore I had been running low on medications blood pressure medications at that. All she and doctor Dr. Hanrahan could come up with is I need to walk across the street to be seen at the hospital as if sitting in the lobby at the hospital for hours is going  to make my situation any better then it is. Another thing is if I would of walked being at high risk for a heart attack or stroke I could of passed out or died before walking across the street. If I was such at a high risk why did they even let me walk out the doctors office. They should of called the ambulance or wait 20 or 30 mins until my blood pressure decreases. These people are a joke . This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior being they supposed to be be professionals. I will never deal with piedmont ever again. What a way to to turn me off being a new patient.SMH....
