Ash-Grayhawk Homes

Overall we are pleased with our new construction purchase from Grayhawk homes in Midland, GA. The icing on the cake is an employee by the name of Mr. Robert from the maintenance department. Mr. Robert is kind, informative, and has gone above and beyond to educate us on how to care for our new home. In fact, he assisted us out of the kindness of his heart for which we are grateful. I highly recommend Grayhawk for a home that will be quality.

If you are a first time home buyer avoid Grayhawk. They give you a one year warranty which sound nice. Until all thr issues happen with their poor build quality such as the 10 cracked tiles i have, siding starting to push out( plus this is on multiple houses in the neighborhood), and touch ups. I had tp recaulk my house myself also, because they didn't send anyone the first 5 times we brought it up. Also the cabinets and drawers are cheap. We've had to reinforce a few so they can keep working properly. This is all in a home just under two years old.

Dave Erickson built homes in Ivy Park under the old business name of Pinnacle Homes. the caulking and fascia he used was terrible quality.. and 7 yrs later has rotted out... the roof was done very poorly, Handles in Shower and tub are able to be moved because the pipes weren't tied down-very poor .... now Dave is Grayhawk Homes?? BUYER BEWARE!!
