Crowns

A bridge is a natural-looking prosthesis with dental crowns on each end and replacement teeth in the middle. The crowns attach to existing teeth on either side of the gap to support the bridge or they can connect to dental implants (if the patient has them). Root Canal Treatment
Do you have a severely damaged or decayed tooth? Root canal therapy is a simple procedure that alleviates tooth pain. Root canals give an injured tooth a second chance and prevent the need for an extraction. For root canals, we'll make a small entry point in the top of the crown to remove the damaged pulp inside. Then, we will disinfect the inside of the tooth and fill in the space to prevent future infection. While root canals may sound intimidating, don't worry! We thoroughly numb the area and have nitrous oxide for additional comfort.

Dentures
We provide custom dentures to replace a full or partial arch of teeth. Dentures have a gum-colored, acrylic base with a set of natural-looking replacement teeth attached. Full dentures sit snugly on the gumline and stay in place with the help of extra-strength denture adhesive. We also provide denture stabilization, which means we can modify your dentures in a way where they can snap onto implants so they won't slip or budge.

Dr. Sarah Clayton decided to become a dentist after graduating from Belmont University with a music degree. She wanted to be in a profession where she could help people, be a leader in the community, and teach and coach others. She attended the University of Tennessee where she attained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After graduating, she worked with Dr. Simmons, one of Tennessee's top dentists treating TMJ disorder. She regularly works with the RAM clinic, which provides free dental treatments. Dr. Clayton has taken extensive continuing education courses on leadership, communication, and team building as well as restorative dentistry, implant dentistry, TMJ disorder treatment, head and neck anatomy, oral pathology and several other areas of medicine. She is a member of a SPEAR study club and an Invisalign® provider.
