I love the mattress and the service. I walked in and out with a great mattress. Very comfortable Sealy. With the student deal, I was able to get a frame, pillow, box, and delivery included in the cost. Overall, great experience

I can’t say enough good things about our experience buying a mattress from Jim at A Goodnight Sleepstore. When my boyfriend and I first walked into the store, we had the vague idea that we wanted to upgrade our bed but we were nowhere near ready to actually make a purchase. We were immediately relieved at the relaxed nature of the salesperson, Jim, who made us feel attended to but not at all pressured, answering all of our numerous questions while also giving us plenty of space to explore the many options in the store without hovering over us. We didn't purchase our new bed that day…nor any of the next three times we visited the store. It took us several months of debating before we settled on making a purchase; throughout the entire process Jim was helpful, patient and accommodating—he never made us feel pressured and was extremely gracious in answering our many questions. In the end, Jim went far above and beyond the norm to customize the perfect mattress/box spring combination for us. We ultimately settled on a special order mattress that fit our preferences perfectly but wasn’t one of the models on the floor. Jim had the idea to switch out the box spring that came with the mattress for a different version to accommodate our budget—thanks to Jim we were able to get our ideal mattress and stay within our budget, he even threw in a few additional perks. The terrific customer service extended even after we made our purchase—when we found that our frame was creaking a little, Jim sent a crew out the very next day to fix it for us at no cost at all. We are delighted with our purchase with the entire experience. I can’t say enough good things about exceptional customer service we received from Jim throughout the entire process. A Goodnight Sleepstore is the place to go!

My experance at "a goodnight sleep store" on Two Notch was fanatic. Upon making my final decision I have been to many other stores. However the customer service that Jim provided at this location allow me not to look any further. Because the details that jim went in to about the matress and the patience he had I will me forget this experance. I am happy with my purchase and highly recommend "a goodnight sleepstore" if you want to have a goodnight sleep. By the way the mattress are great

I spent $4000 on a mattress set from The Good night sleep store. I had my carpet cleaned the day before. I ended up with mud in three rooms, no apology and on my hands and knees cleaning my carpet after they left. The bad part is after I saw the first mud stain and told them and talked to salesman. They put no shoe covers on and i had two more rooms with mud. Now Im out $140 carpet cleaning and mud all thru my house. Will never buy or send anyone else to them. Nit even "Im sorry".

The sales associate at the Two Notch Road location was very low key and knowledgeable about the online pricing I had seen. My intention was to determine the cost/comfort of the mattresses and then order one through a Raleigh, NC store, using a Living Social coupon. He allowed us time to look around, answered questions, and contacted the Raleigh store where we needed the mattress delivered from. I purchased the mattress at the Columbia store, the local store honored a coupon I had for the Raleigh store, and the associate set up a date for delivery in NC. He then provided us with the Raleigh store's phone number and contact person's name for future reference. He made what could have been a fairly complicated purchase, very simple for me. I would highly recommend this store based on my very positive experience today.
