        Ernest Armijo(owner of Windows of Opportunity) stole
        $1200 from my disabled Mother-in-law and now refuses to do the job or return money. He admitted he spent the money on another job and now can not afford to return her money. Ernest Armijo is a thief and liar, avoid this guy(company) at all costs. We will be filing a police report and small claims against him. Who steals from disabled elderly people??? Pretty sad!!!!!!!
