My experience at TitleMax was Great. The customer service was outstanding and they have a very clean work place. Ms. Shantina Williams was very helpful and polite. Titlemax in Colonial Heights, VA is the real deal.

Candace, Deedra are the Best, they are compassion about their job and it shows though service and attitude, they are very direct and explain everything to you as if you was a family member or close friend. I had a time I was late, and she asked for me to come in we talked out a plan which was helping keeping me on track, After I came back, she explain how proud of the goals we made and kept, I recommend this location because they treat you like a human. Good Job Deedra and Candace Ima send them some referred as well because they will honor $50 as long as the loan is approved. Cant beat that 10 starz
