The UPS Store

I came to pick up a package that was NOT sent “signature required.” The employee was in the store but would not give me the package because she wanted a signature and had "closed the register" 5 minutes earlier. She refused to give me my mail and the store will be closed for two more days. She was also very rude. Do not waste your time, money, or business at this store.

We had a very unsatisfactory experience with this company. The technician came to the home and attempted to unstop the drain with a 50 foot snake. He told my son that he could not use a longer snake because it would damage the pipe. After charging us $99 for this visit (which solved nothing)- he suggested that we contract with them to have the line jetted (to the tune of an additional $600). Instead of paying that ridiculous amount of money, we went to Home Depot the next morning and rented a 75 foot snake and took care of the problem ourselves. We will never use them again.

After trying for 5 days to unclog shower drain and getting tired of empting tub by bucket following every shower I checked the super yellow pages for plumbers.What impressed me right off was the online scheduling of appointment. How cool!!! Within 5 minutes Roto Rooter called and not only gave me an earlier time slot due to needs but also discussed cost of visit and methods of payment. So kind and polite. Hard to find these days. Then recieved another call a few minutes later to tell me that they could be over in about 20 minutes if ok with me. Workers were great and gave estimate before doing any work and explained different options. Great work !!!!
