        Sears tec got to my house at 11:50 am to put a compressor on my frig and left at 12:05pm to take a 30 min lunch break and finally returned to my house at 1:50pm. He left at 5:50pm and said it would take 24 hours for frig to cool down. Now instead of having a side by side frig I have a side by side freezer. The temp in my frig won' come above 19 degrees. Now Sears says it will be 12/28/2017 before they can come back. This has been going since 11/06/2017 and now it is 12/16/2017. There is no wonder that Sears is closing down so many stores. The real problem is they have lost all of their good tec's and the ones they have left can't even give you the correct time.

        Overall

        well they never even showed up for the repair worst business in the tri city area. Air conditioner stove top damaged products cant even get them serviced like they are supposed to be. Will have to contact lawyer or news media to get this situation resolved
