        Overall

        I was turned away for medical treatment during the extended hours (M-F 5pm - 9pm) due to not having been seen by the practice in the past 3 years. This is despite knowing that I was last seen by them within the prior 3 years and providing verification through my insurance company of this as well. The lady working the desk was unable to do anything with the information and sent me away without any treatment.
