        Overall

        Waited over an hour and a half after our order was taken. Never even saw our server again! Had to beg a busser for drink refills. Even complained to a manager who said she would go see what was going on and she never came back either! Ended up leaving without food and going across the street to Dairy Queen for dinner. Funny thing is, we ran into another group of people who left Steak n shake 10 minutes before us for the exact same reasons!
