They have a crappy trashy agent her name is Loritta Martin , she was our home seller's agent, she has done such a terrible job since the purchase process started , our sellers have a house in Oakland,TN , she made many mistakes in the contract and had such a horrible communication and never get back to FHA appraiser's phone calls!!!
After all that she won't give us the buyers a one day code to get in the house before the closing once she provided that code to the contractors??
She is such a nightmare to deal with , do your self a favor and run for life when hear or see this lazy butt's name!!!!!!
