UPS Customer Center

They make it virutally impossible to get ahold of anyone!!! They left me sitting on the line for over 25 min. Then when it was my turn they transfered me to again then wait. Even after I asked them specifically not to transfer me if I had to wait. They are rude and abrupt at the answering call center when you finally do get ahold of a live agent. Would be less painful to shoot myself in the foot. Don't ship UPS if you don't have to!!!

Horrible customer service. Short hours. Cannot call directly and 800 number won't put anyone in contact with local office. We've been at the same house for over 30 years yet UPS still at times will say that there is no such address and take package back to center. They refuse to open door when I drive down to pick package up myself. The package should have been delivered Friday, they won't let me pick it up and they won't redeliver until Tursday

I kept checking the tracking info on a 2 day package I need for the weekend, it says out for delivery at 8 AM on the second day. Cool, if it's accurate, but more often that not it's completely wrong. 8 PM I check the tracking again, it's 2 large midwestern states away. For such a "Tight Ship", they sure have a lot of leaks.

phone service = worthless, customer service = worthless, tracking service = worthless

The UPS driver delivering around Hanley Road in Coeur d'Alene Idaho is not ringing the doorbell after dropping off a package. I know this because I was home when he did it. Lost a package last year because of this and had to take the financial lost.
