Chef Anselmo has worked under famous Chef John Barricelli,the co-host of Martha Stewart's show Everyday Food & Everyday Baking. Anselmo has cooked for President Obama when he visited on March 21,2014 in South Miami.Maria is the sister of Chef Anselmo.Maria has worked under Chef Anselmo & brother,bakery Chef Rene in NYC. Worked at Gardner's Market in Coconut Grove where she met the great people of Coconut Grove.She has worked for Restaurant Associated in NYC & has a passion for cooking & baking. She opened up her restaurant in 2009 in NYC & now they are bringing their signature dishes to Coconut Grove in South Miami

        Overall

        Our office had all eight salads and no complaints here. We now have a full account with them to deliver all week to us. They could add a little more to their menu though that would be great.
