used this groomer for years, and the last time I had my moms dog groomed, it looked like crap! Her tail was cut too short, and her body and legs were cut crooked, it looked like she was laying on her side and didn't even smell good as if she wasn't washed at all. Our dog also was favoring her foot as if they hurt her, and to top it off, they charged more than usual for doing a crappy job!
I will never go there again! Looking for a new groomer!

I tried Shaggy Chic for first time.They we're very nice but I called first to get a price, I told Jade the owner the weight and breed of my two dogs and she quoted me a price of $30 to $35. I took them in for their appt so she seen them before they we're groomed and never said it would cost me more than what I was quoted but when I picked them up the charge was $10 more.No explanation except for their size which she knew beforehand. Not a professional way to do business.They did a good job for as much as they charged.
