        Major unprofessional issue with a ghetto pharmacy girl (AMERICAN). Since Wednesday i have been i have been trying to get medicine. I told the pharmacy i had different insurance. They said we dont have the info so i called my insurance they are very professional & said have them call. I told Rite Aid this & obviously they lied & said they called. 3 wayed us all then the matter was semi resolved. Tried to pick up meds & then waa told a copay. Plus i waa told to pat for the meds out of pocket for morw then 100. Why woukd i foolishly do that? I have insurance... Why was i not told earlier? Lots of running around bc the American girl did not intially want to do her job. When she was asked for her name she refused to give it. I then called corporate. All where discussing the matter loud & unprofessionally besides the Indian young lady. There used to be a very helpful older woman with class in the pharmacy that. Rite Aid needs her back.
