Dr . presley is the best dentist I have brought my children to and went to myself. He is so friendly & makes you feel welcome. He is extremely good at what he does and makes you feel comfortable while doing it. My family and I love him and yours will too. :)

Im not the type of person to wright reviews. I don't really ever have the need to. But I felt the need to wright something after my many experiences at Trinity Dental. This is probably the 3rd time I've been in here. Every single time I come in here I am brought to the back in about 20 minutes which is normal. But when I get to the back people come in and out, but no one starts my cleanings until after an hour of my appointment time. I just want people to know this. If you have somewhere to be after a dental cleaning don't come here. It is the most unorganized dental office I've seen. With no time schedule what so ever. I am very annoyed with this dental office, this I why I feel the need to do this review.

The front desk and the dr were amazing sadly i got TWO very unexperience helpers did not know how to take my xrays it took more than 12 times till someone came in and finally did it the other two girls did not know what the hell they where doing i honestly believe that they should not be allowed to work on people without even know how to take xrays if you ever go here ask for the hispanic ladies they actually know what they are doing

I have been here 3 times now and couldnt be happier. The Dr pressley is so gentle and I loved the staff. Will highly recommend!

I came here for the first time as I moved here from Houston. The staff in front was so helpful and gave me all the information I needed on out of pocket costs. I didnt have to wait too long unlike my old dental office. The Dr. was amazing even though I was scared and hate dentists.

I have brought all of my children to trinity dental. I love the staff they are always nice and make you feel very welcome. From the checking in the girl (Brandie) was so nice, the ladies in the back are also so nice and you have a great experience. The dr. takes his time to let you know what is going on in your mouth to showing you the pictures also. All the way to the end of the visit they give you all the prices of your work the dr. says you need and the girl that does (Kristal) them very nice gave me several options on paying my treatment. This was the greatest experience ever.. Best experience I've had at a dental office in a long time :) Great to have that in Cleveland.

Well I wish all of this was still how I felt about this place.. I have referred all of my friends there with there kids and all I have heard were horrible things from them about the office. The new girls that they have in the front are not so friendly.. The check in now she is just so rude when a friend was signing her consents she kept telling her "I said wait don't sign yet" she could have atleast said she wasnt ready yet why call her up if she wasnt ready for her yet.. Then while my friend was getting her treatment plan the girl clearly has no idea what she is talking about.. Lets just say I would never refer anyone here again.. I will just go back and take my family to ABC Dental.

I am a big fan of this place!! First time I ever came, I came because of a toothache on my molar. I am usually don't like to go to the dentist because of bad experiences. The dentist there did a root canal on my tooth and it has been good ever since. I didn't even feel the shot!! After that, I brought my son and daughter. Staff is all very nice and they are great with my kids. They have TVs and movies for my kids and they love going there. I would recommend this place to anyone! They take good care of me and my family.

I called to make appointments for my family and was amazed at how friendly the staff was. I spoke with Tammy and not only did she answer all my questions she took the time to call my ins and ask questions to make sure I would know exactly what to pay at my time of arrival. I have had good service before but this was great service!!! I wish every Dr office I deal with had someone like her!!!

i dont usually write reviews, but i felt i should after my positive experience at trinity dental in cleveland. i recently went to trinity dental in cleveland for a exam, cleaning, and a couple fillings. i was having some pain in my back teeth. i had xrays done first. Once I was back for my exam, i was immediately seen by the doctor. He was very nice and took his time when examining me. he explained to me i had two large cavities on two of my back teeth. he showed them to me on the xrays and i could see them clearly. he then explained my options i had to treat them. i scheduled an appt for fillings the next day. came back then and the dr. took care of my cavities. easiest experience i have had at the dentist. i am scared of going and trinity dental made me not fear the dentist. i didnt even feel the shot when they gave me numbing medicine. if i have trouble again, i will go back there. already informed my family to go there next time they need a dentist.

Beware!!!Do not go there for extractions or cleanings! First I had my teeth cleaned and it was literally the worst job ever done on my teeth. The lady didn't even use the scraping tool. The flossing was horrible, she only did a few teeth. And when she went to brush them she couldn't get the brush to work. I asked someone else if she was certified and they said she was. I couldn't believe it. Here's the bonus, she passed gas when I was in the room and blamed it on some tacos she had just ate!!! Seriously. Then I had my two wisdom teeth extracted and the doctor was very rude and cold towards me. He didn't even act like I was even human. On his review as a dentist in the yellowpages under DR. Pressler, it said that he cared about how people felt and all that... not true. When I was hurting he went on with the procedure and didn't care about what I was going through. I picked my arm up during the procedure to tell him stop I was hurting and he told me.. "Don't touch my arm!!" And went on cracking my teeth out of my jaw! I literally almost cried with pain and having my feelings hurt. I am cancelling all of my families appointments there right now!!! and I wouldn't ever even let my dog go there much less any of my family! The only good thing I can say about this place is that the staff was very nice.

I had a very positive experience at this office. I had a bad toothache and was in a lot of pain. I don't enjoy going to the dentist so I was pretty nervous. The staff was super nice and friendly and the doctor had a great bedside manner. He made me feel at ease and took me out of pain. I am a patient for life!

My kids had a great experience here, we used to go to another clinic locally but had such long boring wait times. They had a kids play area and TV's in the room to keep them from driving me crazy. The dentist was friendly and the staff super kind. Highly recommend this place I actually registered to write this review.

I am the biggest cry baby when it comes to going to the dentist but when it comes down to this one it is great. The dentist always make sure that you are okay. The best thing that I like is the job is done right and the staff is so nice. They are always there for what is best for you and you never leave there without the job done right.
