Southland Nails

Worst place I've ever been to! They put nails on me that were too big for my nails! Half of them fell off within 5 days, because I figured it was their mistake I went back to get them fixed.. Thinking it should be free they got done then told me it was $17 ... May I remind you they were on for not even 5 full days. They should have fixed them for free for messing them up in the first place.. Then told me I messed them up by bumping them when that literally never happened they just lifted and ended up falling off.. Never will I go back to that place! The one lady is rude and in the wrong.

Excellent service, friendly people and over all a wonderful experience.

Let start off saying I like what shes done for my nails as for the person under me that wrote a comment about her daughters nails my gosh you know some kids ruin their nails come on now peoples! Let me give you guys a tip stay under the light a little longer because "duh" if you just got your nails done and you walk up out the nail salon now you know there not dry enough so yeah your nails will get ruin!! Be patient wait for them to be fully dry even when you think it's dry it's probably not so wait longer under the light i say good service. I know we all have our own opinions @ lisaw26 so what if they speak a different language to their co workers and you don't understand them you know they would care less about you speaking English in their shop why are you worrying if the speak a different language in their own shop? You don't own that shop! Ignorant peoples these days. I speak Spanish everywhere, anywhere i want I don't care what peoples =)

WORST customer service ever!!! Never go there! My daughter had her nails done and the polish literally fell off the very same day. We called first thing in the next morning and they were not nice saying "you only pay $8, no guarantee, no guarantee!" They allowed us to return after much arguing. When we returned, we were told, "I don't care about you. I don't like you. I only want your daughter to be happy." Never in a million years have I experienced such nonsense. NEVER, NEVER go here. They don't deserve your business or hard earned money.

I had a good experience i got a full set and i loved them turned out great. And also the Pedi was way good message was great i give them 5 stars. I suggested my friend's they love it here too.

I went there to get a full set and pedi. The pedi was NOT what I would expect for a pedi. My full set were thick and very fake looking. I have had numerous problems with the nails popping off or lifting. I do not work. My nails should not be popping off. After about 2 months of having this full set, I now have 4 nails that have fungus underneath the acrylics! Go to The Nails on Bagley Road by Heinens instead! They are sooooooo much better!

AWFUL!!! I was charged for a service that wasn't completed and that I didn't ask for. I was very clear in what service I wanted. I was so mad that I walked out!! The lady could only speak english and understand me when it was convenient for her. So deceptive!! Will NEVER go back!

The lady was not concerned with my pedicure. She spoke to the other nail techs in a different language the whole time she was doing my pedi! Extremely rude!!!! She didn't even remember to put lotion on my feet!

None of the people that worked there tried to up sell or get me to get the more expensive pedi and/or didn't explain the differences between them.

Extermly disappointed and will never return!!!!
