QuestRim

I was in Cleveland, OH visiting from Maryland and got a breakdown over the weekend. I had 2 bent rims, and ended up staying in a hotel because everywhere was close till Monday. I searched a couple of places but Quest Rims was the only business I found credible or at least knowledgeable about rim repair work. Everywhere I checked takes 2 days and I need it to be done on the same day. I called up Quest Rim and spoke with Terrance around 10:30 am and was over there by noon. Terrance treated me with courtesy and respect. I was a little worried about how long it would take because I had to drive 8 hours back to Maryland. I walked in and was helped right away. I got both rims fixed for $270 but one of the rims was irreparable due to the impact. Terrance still manages to fix the rim just so I can get home and refunded me $145 for the rim. Most places would have still charged me the full cost for straighten and balancing the bent rim. The damaged rim held up and I was able to get back to Maryland safe. Absolutely perfect service!!! I couldn't have been happier with the service, great professionalism, and very competitive price. ABSOLUTELY THE MOST FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL, AND EASY EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH RIM REPAIRS, EVER! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE FOLKS AT QUEST RIMS. If I could give this place unlimited stars I would, but 5 stars would do the job also!!!!
