        Horrible

        I was there over 3 1/2 hours. The hair stylest colored my hair a total different color than we discussed and still charged me $100. Then wouldn't accept a credit card even though the window had all the credit card logos. I'll never return there. Maybe they're not used to doing real hair. Very disappointed.

        In my opinion this studio has no equal in Cleveland.The staff is always polite and smiled.Nice environment and wonderful atmosphere !!!
