Overall

I ordered two cakes from them for both daughters birthdays. First was a three year yo gabba gabba cake they didn't do Fufa the pink layer like I asked. Gave them a second chance and ordered a frozen cake and it was plane no heart put into it for how much I paid for the cakes. And taste was average. Friendly employee but I was not fully happy.

cassata cake was very dry and the cream puff made with whipped cream was hard to the touch. employees not friendly. they didn't smile or say thank you. there are other bakeries in the area that at least appreciate your buisness.

THE SERVICE HERE IS GREAT... THE CAKES HERE TASTE VERY GOOD.. AND THE EMPLOYEES TREATED US VERY GOOD... THANK YOU... WILL HIGHLY RECOMEND. WILL BE MY BAKERY FOR NOW AND ON LOL..

Welcome to Colozza's Bakery We are a family-owned bakery in Parma, Ohio specializing in wedding cakes, special occasion cakes and pastries, including cannolis. The bakery was started originally by John and Joanna Colozza in 1975, and located on Storer Avenue in Cleveland. After five years, they decided to move to Parma, and have remained there ever since. The bakery has been operated by their son, Angelo and his wife, Joan since the early-1990s. John Colozza was born and raised in Macchiagodena, Isernia, Italy and became a pastry chef apprentice at the age of 17 in Rome, Italy. John moved to the United States and worked as a pastry chef at Cavoli's Italian Restaurant in Cleveland and as a baker at Fazio's Supermarket before opening Colozza's Bakery Angelo Colozza was born and raised in the Cleveland area and began working with his father in his childhood. Angelo has over 30 years experience working in the bakery, working as a baker and cake decorator. Angelo and his wife, Joan, have three children and enjoy running the business.
