When it comes to delivering top quality care to my Parma chiropractic patients, there are some spinal manipulation techniques that are superior to the rest. One of these is called the Koren Specific Technique and its benefits are often remarkable.
Spinal Decompression
Flexion-distraction therapy is similar to spinal decompression therapy in that traction is used to stretch your spine, thus reducing pressure on any discs that may be somehow compacted, before flexing it. This pattern of flexion and distraction, or stretching, is continued during the entire course of the treatment.
