Rooms To Go - Clearwater

We purchased a microfiber sectional in Dec 06. We had to have 6 different pieces to the sectional to make it match. We purchased the warranty and extra scotch guard knowing we had 2 small children. We also purchased the special cleaner they had. within 9 months, the stains were so nad, we could not get them out. We asked for a techinician to come clean the cushions & he sprayed Oxiclean on it, left it soaking wet & then filed a false report saying the couch was cleaned. It looked worse than before. We found out he does not get paid unless he gets it clean! We complained to the customer service number, which no manager ever called us back. We finally went to the store manager & they gave us full credit, including warrnaty, tax, and delivery. We did purchase a new couch & loveseat with a more rugged material, but with our delivery, our loveseat recliners were broken. It took a week and a call to the regional manager to get it fixed. We ended up spending more for our furniture, have had 8 pieces in less than 12 months and now i think we are done. No more Rooms To Go furniture for us !
