Heat Yoga & Fitness

Heat Yoga and Fitness is my vice. After a long day of work, with obnoxious clients, and people telling you how to spend your time, I love being able to go to yoga and spend my time the way I want to, by relaxing, getting in shape, and improving my health. This studio offers a wide variety of classes that will cater to a multitude of customers. The studio is spotless, the staff is great. I have taken classes by Stephanie, Jade and Megan, they all bring a different vibe and a new side of yoga in each of their classes. If you are like me and have a hard time deciding between working out or relaxing after work (and lets face it relaxing always wins ), please give heat yoga and fitness a shot, it will allow you to do both and feel great about it :)

I 100% LOVE this studio!!!!! I have taken a few classes at a different studio in the area and I really thought it was not my thing so I was slightly hesitant about trying it out again but I am so glad I did. I am so addicted!! The studio is beautiful and so are the instructors! They offer lots of different variations of some of the harder moves and makes it so anyone of any fitness level can make it through a class without feeling overwhelmed. They are really helpful and will walk around and give you personal pointers or help you with your posture if they see you are having trouble. They are also always willing to answer any questions after class and they are so knowledgeble! If you are looking for an alternative to going to the gym 5 or 6 days a week and walking the treadmil then you should definately give this a try!!!

I do a lot of yoga in the area and Hot yoga is my new favorite kind of yoga. This studio was BEAUTIFUL and the instructors were awesome! Even though I do yoga at least 3 times a week, I'm still new at it and they were very good at giving modifications for some of the harder poses. One day that I attended class I forgot my towel but was very pleased to see that also rent out towels! They also have mats and water! Their prices were also very reasonable. My new favorite place to do yoga! Thanks Heat Yoga and Fitness!

What a great yoga studio! Beautifully decorated and awesome routines! I would recommend this studio to people of all levels of fitness seeing as the instructors are great at offering modifications to make the routines more beginner friendly or more challenging!!

I've been to several hot yoga studios and this is by far my favorite. Whether you're in shape, our of shape experienced or not this is the studio for you. I also love that it's so convenient...it's on US 19! I would highly recommend this studio to anyone...see you there!

Great new yoga studio! Very young and refreshing. Great routines and a beautiful studio. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a new way to get in shape and tone up. You'll see results FAST!
