AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Took OVER two months to have 2 shirts done and they were NOT done correctly. They switched the type of shirt from 100% cotton to a blend that is NOT all cotton. We all know that cotton costs more. This is the third (3) time that this has happened in the past year where they "switch" the shirt from 100% cotton to a lesser quality shirt. Cotton costs more and the type of shirt they switched me to was easy to see that is was a lesser quality. This naturally means that they made more money by switching the shirts. What's worse is when I called and spoke to one of the owners (Gary) no apology was offered, if anything he said bring them back and they will "deal" with me in the new year! If they had been a little more polite I probably would have conceded that an honest mistake was made but not even an apology was offered AND this was the third (3) time that they did this to me from three different orders over the past year! Not to mention I have been waiting on only two shirts for over 2 months! When I told him that this is the 3rd time this has happened and he tried to blame it on me. Just terrible service!! VERY DISRESPECTFUL.
