I honestly cannot believe how mean spirited these people are..seriously. I moved to a rental house out in tiny clearlake oaks a few months ago and I buy alot off amazon because this is such a small town and I can't find what I want in stores. Problem is there is no mailbox and UPS dosn't want to delivery out here so everything is shipped to usps and I don't have a formal lease as it is a vacation house so I don't qualify for a free PO box, but luckily the post office was holding my mail claiming they would hold the mail for 21 days UP UNTIL a week ago. It started with a few nitpicky remarks such as a friend mispelling one number on the zip and she got angry AT ME acting as if it was just to mess with them or somthing saying she'd send back my packages if it ever happened again. Anywho she kept to her promise but not in the way you think ALL packages correctly labeled and send to my address started being returned to sender with the silly excuse "unknown address" and "moved address, new address unknown" Um I'm still here and you know who I am and what my address is! I've been nothing but nice to them too just agreeing with everything they say but I'm tired of them screwing with my mail...I'm moving in just a week or two and I feel like crying because they wont give me my mail. A long haired older lady there told me to ship to a certain address (the post office's address) along with the words GENERAL DELIVERY to make sure I get mail to general delivery when I'm ordering off amazon and EVEN THAT was returned to sender. This is very frustrating. To top it all off two of the women here are extremely rude and are very condescending in the way they speak to people; also smirking when you tell someone bad news is also not appreciated. Please hateful people, instead of signing up for jobs where you are working direct with public, find a nice desk job or something so you won't have to feed innocent people your horrible nazi vibes. New management would be wonderful! I have yet to experience something like this involving usps in my life. I can't quite put my finger on why they choose to pick on me, is it that my hair is an unnatural color? Or the fact that I'm not 100% Caucasian? Maybe they're just bored of their jobs or unhappy with their lives, whichever it is, it pays to be kind to people because karma is real and happiness will never come from treating other people like the dirt. I'm literally moving in 2 weeks and moving is stressful enough as is.......
