I had some intricate jewelry pieces with many stones and supporting white gold. Matching set-earrings, bracelet,ring, neclace. They could have just bought it for the gold which is their real interest, except diamonds which they buy. But told me to take it to a jeweler or sell on ebay so I would get more money.
