We drove an hour and a half to get there. They closed at 5, we were 4 minutes late. Sent some kid to the door to tell us they wouldn't let us in. I thought they wanted to adopt animals, guess I was wrong.

I think that the spca should answer there phones. I have a stray cat at my house tha is injured and i am allergic to cats. The spca will not answer the phone. I have been trying to call since noon whe they say they are open. No answer, just a recording that leads to nowhere.

I have four cats and at one point I felt that I could not take care of them anymore so I took them to this SPCA. After my day and night without them I felt I wasnt ready to give them up so I went back to get them the next day. When I went and told them I wanted them back they charged me $50 per cat saying that they had been fixed and had their shots. Well I knew one of the cats had already been fixed because I had had him for 9 years but I paid anyways they did house him for a night. A few months later I was having a problem with the younger cats spraying, which I thought they wouldn't do if they has been fixed, so I took them to my usual vet and he told me they had not been fixed. I then went home and called the spca and when I told them what my vet said they said they would be happy to fix them but I would have to pay even though I had already paid for this to be done. How is a business going to charge a person twice for something they said they already did?
