        I just bought a used camper from these people 3-11-14 and made the mistake of paying for it in full prior to picking the RV (3-28-14) up. They were suppose to fix the sky light above the shower they broke when shoveling the snow off the roof. They did fix the sky light but left the mess on the floor of the shower. I noticed a water leak in the ceiling that was to be fixed by the time I picked the camper up, it wasn't and when I ask them what they found the answer I received was someone else worked on it, but don't go on the roof because it is spongy which means to me that the roof boards are rotten. They didn't seem to care seeing it had been already paid for their customer service sucks!
        When I got the camper home I really went thru it and found several lights burnt out.
        When you pay almost $20,000.00 for a camper you expect to be treated better then that.
        So I would not recommend dealing with them and would look at other dealerships.

        Do not deal with these people, they treat their customers poorly, I bought a used RV from them and there was a roof leak. The terms of the sale was that they would repair the roof prior to me picking up the camper. I made the mistake of paying in full prior to picking up the RV. The roof still leaks and they refuse to fix the roof. I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and they sent a letter back stating they will not fix the roof but will give me a couple tubes of caulk. The caulk won't fix the rotted wood ,I paid over $18000.00 on this camper and you would think they would treat me better. I mentioned their name to a local dealer and the first thing they said was I got ripped off and I didn't even mention the problems I had with them.So do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
