I live here and and have for over 10 years I'm 75 don't ask for any maintenance they will tell you to do it yourself even if it is to cut down an 80 foot tree that is a danger to people who live there .

Oversized Lots, Serene environment most retirees. Quiet and friendly surrounded by nature. Inexpensive compared to other parks in the area. Overall - a great place to live, close to shops, medical, restaurants and minutes to downtown.
