        Worms on our pepperoni pizza last friday and the manager refused to do anything. And she refused to give her name..NO REFUND...The health Dept Complaint has been filed and now I'm looking for a attorney as my family became ill and I have pictures and 4 witnesses...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION....NASTY DINNER AND SICK STUATION....

        "this is a compliant I put at papa johns pizza because my Parmesan cheese was spoiled and was put on my pizza and they basically did nothing about it." This is the second time I am writing about this store. I love papa johns pizza it is my favorite, but because of this store loyalty I am done with papa johns and am sure to make comments every where on what happen. The first time I put a complaint in it was about my Parmesan cheese being spoiled and how I put it on my pizza. I called in to tell them about it and they act like I was lying she gave me a credit of 2 pepperoni pizza and that wasn't even what I order. I order 2 papa johns fave pizza so I was upset that I am getting a credit on pizza that I didn't even order not fare or good customer service when I just ate something spoiled me and my guess nasty. So I wrote to you guys about this and i got a card saying I get one free pizza any way I want it, for my comment. I went down there to redeem my pizza and to check on my credit, which it wasn't there. I spoke with the manager and he said that they took my credit away because I have a card for one and that cancels out my 2 free credit pizza because I have a card for one which it doesn't make any sense. I was very upset and displeased and felt lie to I haven' order from you guys ever sense. I know am just one person and so many millions order from you so who cares but just think I paid for this pizza and it was destroyed by rotten cheese I feel what I am complaining about is not wrong and shouldn't be ignore. I just want a credit on 2 pizza of johns favorite that got destroyed because of your rotten Parmesan cheese which is really nasty.
