Pinewood Estates

Pinewood Estates is a Great Pl;ace to Call Home. I live here and it's very quiet and the residents are very nice.

READ what was posted. No, the problems dont exist everywhere a person rents... if you believe that its your own issue.



I am entitled to my opinion and my review based on my experience here. YP didnt ask me to review based upon what everyone else thinks. This is America and the last time I checked, we still had freedom of speech.



As far as the girl with the pitbull puppies and momma dog in the office, it isnt right that she is allowed to bring the dogs to work trying to sell them when pitbulls arent allowed in the park at all.



There are problems with mold, open your eyes and look around a little.



certainly dont expect getting any answers when you call the office, if you actually get ahold of someone in the office, you will be given a run around and/or lied to and/or delegated onto the next person and/or be told they will get back with you-then never receive a call back!



The problems are with the management and with office staff, not with my neighbors.

Pinewood is a decent place to live, the worst part about PInewood are the nosey neighbors who like to start BS. My neighbors are nice poeple, and we get along well. I just know from listening that poeple in Pinewood like to complain about everything, and no one is going to make them happy. I like living here and have been here for almost a year. Lots of the other reviews I read seemed to be BS. Besides normal community gossip and drama (which your going to find everywhere you go) its a great place to live.
