In 2007 she completed her advanced certification in Myofascial Release Techniques and Soft Tissue Mobilization. She believes in Chichester Massage having a positive impact in the community by donating time and services to support many local organizations. Amy was honored in 2010 by receiving the Humanitarian Award from the NH chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association. Her goal is to educate the public that massage therapy is an investment in their overall health and well being.

Shannon has completed her Level I CranioSacral Therapy training from the Upledger Institute. Most recently she received her certification as a personal trainer to expand her knowledge and help her clients get the best results possible. Shannon is focused on whole body health with a specialized interest in working with migraine sufferers and athletes. Her philosophy is that time spent on yourself is never wasted.
