My husband and I recently used Top Fleet for a "night out". We were picked up from our hotel and went to a Blackhawks game and then back to our hotel. I could not have asked for better service! The driver was early, and didn't mind waiting. He was also very friendly, but professional. After the game the driver was right where he said he would be to pick us up. On the way back to the hotel, we were hungry and asked the driver to stop for food. He didn't hesitate to say yes. He took us to Portillo's and waited while we picked up food. He then took us back to the hotel. The driver was professional, knew his way around the city, and his driving was wonderful! Overall, this has been the best experience we have had with a car service. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

I used Top Fleet Inc. for a ride to ORD for a business trip. The driver was professional, timely and friendly and he knew the fastest route. The car was clean and new. I will definitely use them again when I travel.
