Nail Perfection and Foot Spa

I have been going to the spa here since it opened. I have mainly had pedicures as well and lip and brow waxing. I recently had a shellac manicure there and my first one went well. It last 2 and 1/2 weeks as it should.

Problem 1: When I had it done the second time they put on a combination of shellac and gelish (even though I asked for shellac). The nail polish cracked on all my fingers within the week. I went back to the spa to have the nails redone 10 days later.

Problem 2: The lady soaked my entire hand in acetone instead of putting the acetone on a cotton swab and placing it on my nail and wrapping it in foil.

Problem 3: It took over an hour to get off the polish because it was done incorrectly.

Problem 4: I was cut in 3 places during the manicure.

Problem 5: I asked for the length to stay the same. All my nails were even in length. When she filed my nails she did it so poorly and now my nails are ALL different lengths.

Problem 6: The polish was applied so poorly I asked the lady to just remove it. She was rushing because more clients had come into the store. I knew I had to give up....the whole thing was a mess...

Problem 7: After all this I charged $21. Now get this. All I had done was had my nail polish taken off and a very poor manicure and this after I had just paid for a non-chip manicure 10 days earlier, that should have lasted over 2 weeks so I questioned it.

Then the worst of it came. The man (who I believe is the owner) started yelling at me and telling me he should have charged $35...for what!!! Since he had just arrived I thought I should explain the situation. He told me he didn't need me to explain. He was SO RUDE. Lost me as a client forever.
